Mark a dispatch packet as a draft
Distinguish a review copy from the packet that can be sent to a driver.
Set up the example
Add the text DRAFT on all three pages. Choose a light enough opacity to read the underlying quantities.
Check the result
Inspect the first and last pages. Both should carry DRAFT while the A17 and DEMO-482 references remain legible.
