Convert multiple DOCX documents to separate PDFs

Process several Word documents locally and download one PDF per document in a ZIP archive.

Batch conversion saves repeated file selection when each Word document needs its own PDF. It does not merge all documents into one publication. Documents are processed sequentially to limit simultaneous rendering work, so completion time depends on the page count, image sizes and the available memory on your device.

Follow this workflow

  1. Select the DOCX documents you need and remove unrelated files. Inspect names so you can match each result to its source.
  2. Arrange or rotate documents as needed. This ordering is a review aid; each selected document still becomes a separate PDF.
  3. Start conversion and keep the tab open. If you cancel or an error occurs, do not treat a partial or missing archive as a completed batch.
  4. Extract the ZIP and review every PDF. Check the first and last page of each document, then inspect image-heavy pages and long tables.

Check the downloaded result

  • Every selected document has a corresponding PDF.
  • Every PDF opens and has a plausible page count.
  • The correct output file is used for each recipient.

When to use another export method

Image-based PDFs can be larger than the source DOCX. Batch output is not a guarantee that every advanced Word object is supported or that all layouts match Word exactly.

Does the batch become one PDF?

No. Word batch conversion creates separate PDFs in an archive. The originals remain unchanged.
