Insert a handover form before a dispatch receipt
Add an approval sheet to an existing packet without sending the form as a separate attachment.
Set up the example
Use the dispatch packet as the base. Insert the handover page after Pickup instructions and before Dispatch receipt.
Check the result
The new four-page packet should show the form on page 3 and the receipt on page 4.
