Find a single changed time between two otherwise matching dispatch packets.

Set up the example

Select dispatch.pdf as the earlier copy and dispatch-revised.pdf as the newer one. Compare page 2 first.

The pickup start changed from 14:00 to 15:00. The finish time and the receipt reference should still match.
