What is preserved?
Selectable text, inferred headings and lists, safe web links, simple aligned tables and filled text/choice form values. Reading order and table detection are approximate. You can turn individual options off.
Can I include images or scanned pages?
Choose whole-page images to download a ZIP containing Markdown and PNG page images. Optional English OCR reads pages without native text. OCR may make mistakes; individual figures and complex layouts are not reconstructed.
Does it work with every language?
Native Unicode text is retained where the PDF provides a usable text mapping. PDF font encodings and complex reading order can affect extraction. The bundled OCR recognizes English only.
