How is marked content removed?

The download is a new PDF containing only rendered page images with your marked areas replaced by solid color. Original text layers, attachments, links, forms and metadata are not copied. Keep the original separately if you need it.

Does text search work on scans?

Search finds selectable text. Use area marking for scans, pictures or any content search does not find. A match marks its entire text block, so review every area before downloading.

Are my files uploaded?
